Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. announced that Eastwood Homes signed a multiyear contract for mortgage origination fulfillment services with its Homebuilders Financial Network division.

As part of this agreement, Homebuilders Financial Network's expert staff will work with Eastwood Homes to provide origination fulfillment services for consumers purchasing new homes from Eastwood Homes. Through various alliances, Homebuilders Financial Network will provide the services of underwriting, processing, closing package preparation and funding coordination to ensure loans for all new homebuyers are closed accurately and quickly.

"Because Homebuilders Financial Network understands the unique requirements of builder loans, its services will be a great asset to us and our homebuyers, enhancing customer satisfaction during the mortgage process."
