Atlanta based FleetCor, the Global Fleet Card Company, announced on January 15 that its subsidiary, CCS, had acquired Tracker s.r.o., a leading provider of GPS monitoring applications for business fleets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. "For a number of years, we have enjoyed a productive relationship with Tracker by offering its products to our CCS fuel card customers", said Andrew Blazye, CEO of FleetCor Europe. "By acquiring Tracker, we can continue to provide high quality service to the existing users as well as to grow this complementary product going forward."
