RBS Lynk, a leading payment processor based in Atlanta, announced recently that it has received a MasterCard International Data Integrity Award for Processing Accuracy for achieving over a 98% accuracy rate in data related to authorization messages.

The MasterCard Data Integrity Performance Award Program recognizes performance of customers that provide accurate authorization messages. Decisions to approve or decline cardholder transactions are based on authorization messages, and accuracy is critical to ensuring that appropriate decisions are made so that cardholders and merchants enjoy the convenience of MasterCard payment cards. MasterCard has identified ten categories of data entry that are critical for achieving accurate authorization decisions. RBS Lynk has achieved and sustained accuracy across all ten categories.
