TSYS Prepaid is a wholly owned subsidiary of TSYS (NYSE: TSS) and is a leading provider of prepaid card solutions powered by a flexible proprietary processing platform. The company's solutions utilize the MasterCard, Visa, EFT and ATM markets.

The company recently announced the appointment of Cal Holman as Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, Holman will help TSYS Prepaid continue to offer expert solution-deployment services. Holman will be responsible for overseeing management responsiblities for customer service, information technology, product development, operations, human resources, finance and legal.

Holman has held a variety of technical leadership positions at TSYS and Vital Processing Services' (now a wholly owned subsidy of TSYS), and has been a critical influence in the company's strategic decisions for more than 17 years.

Holman earned a bachelor's degree from United States Military Academy in West Point, N.Y. He served in the U.S. Army for five years and was honorably discharged as a captain. Holman earned his master's degree in business administration from Columbus State College in Columbus, Ga.
