Equifax Inc.today was named as a technology leader to the 2006 FinTech 100 list by American Banker and Financial Insights. The company placed 26th in this prestigious annual listing of technology companies that derive more than one third of their revenue from the financial services industry.

This marks the third year that research firm Financial Insights and American Banker, the premier source of news for banks and financial institutions have partnered to applaud financial technology leaders. Companies are selected based on their primary business, key application solution or vertical industry, and 2005 total annual revenues. Equifax and other 2006 winners will be honored at the BAI Retail Delivery Conference & Expo November 14 - 16 in Las Vegas. Equifax will showcase many of its technology solutions in booth #2650 at the BAI Conference.
Equifax has earned a strong reputation in the marketplace for its continued investment in new technologies. Nearly 1,000 organizations, including some of the world's largest banks, financial institutions and many of the top utility companies use Equifax technology.
