Certegy Inc. has been selected to provide its Pathways(R) point-of-sale check verification and collection services to over 2,500 Albertsons food and drug stores nationwide. The new service, which is scheduled to be fully implemented in the second quarter, broadens Certegy's existing agreement to provide payroll and government check cashing services in over 1,400 Albertsons' supermarket locations.
